Exercising when pregnant is highly recommended to maintain mum’s strength and support healthy labour. However, mum’s should adapt their exercise as they progress through their pregnancy and make sure that they return to exercise safely after birth once confirmed by their GP it’s safe to do so. For any mums who suffered a birth injury or pelvic floor dysfunction, our specialist Holistic Core Restore® trainers will support you initially to enable you back into more mainstream training. Our professionals are all fully qualified in both ante and post-natal fitness and provide a variety of different exercises including pilates, yoga and general PT.
