Four Sides London

Megan is an ante/post-natal rehab crusader, pelvic pain enthusiast, mum, lover of life. She is a specialist in all things spinal and pelvic; from acute disc injuries and post-operative spinal surgery, through to pregnancy related pelvic pain and postpartum birth injuries.

Recovery after pregnancy and birth goes far beyond the passing of time and “healing”. We must strengthen to restore function, move to regain movement and feel supported and informed along the journey.

I am passionate about pain free pregnancies, birth preparation and post natal rehabilitation for good.

In my physio sessions I treat pelvic girdle pain, low back pain and diastasis recti. I also assess and treat vaginal, vulval, perineal and pelvic floor trauma, pain and dysfunction – which includes anything from wet knickers to loss of orgasms.

My passion for movement and strength led me to create our rehab space Four Sides London with my business partner Claire. Here we use all of our skills including Pilates and strength and conditioning training to support clients to move, feel, live stronger.

As a result of her passion for pre and post-natal health and fitness, along with her clinical expertise in pelvic floor treatment, Megan is highly regarded in the womens health industry and has a forthcoming book due May 2020 titled: “Stronger, The Honest Guide to Heal and Rebuild After Pregnancy and Birth”. “For me physiotherapy is not just about relieving symptoms but understanding why they occur in the first place. Investigating, exploring and analysing movement and strength to optimise recovery is the best part of my job. Creating strength and efficient movement to resolve problems for good!”
