Laura Lucas

Laura is a London-based personal trainer and yoga teacher specialising in pre and postnatal fitness. She offers face-to-face training in South West London or online training via Zoom.

Laura is a London based personal trainer with 6 years experience specialising in pre- and post-natal fitness. She began running and yoga at Newcastle University and discovered the hugely positive effects of exercise on both physical and mental health. She moved to London in 2013 and, having always loved babies and children, became a nanny.

Laura completed 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2017 and taught TRX / strength and conditioning classes at Heartcore Fitness in Fulham for a year before deciding to focus on her personal clients full-time.

Laura designs personalised sessions which combine strength training,  cardio and yoga. She will create a bespoke programme for you based on your trimester/ the birth of your baby, your previous exercise experience and any issues (pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness, postural imbalances, lower back pain) you might have.
