Rachel created re|Born after having her baby girl, Coco who is now 2 years old. From personal experience, she found there wasn’t enough education and dedicated support surrounding exercise and training for women trying to conceive, during pregnancy and postpartum.

Rachel understands first-hand what your mind and body go through on this wonderful yet challenging journey, ensuring that support, safe progressive training and education are at the forefront of what she delivers. Getting results the right way while making sure you are energised and having fun!

re|Born offers personal training services (face to face and online) alongside bespoke online training programmes which include a combination of restorative exercise, strength & conditioning, cardio and mobility. As a CrossFit enthusiast, Rachel will care for you but challenge you to achieve your fitness goals.

Separately, antenatal & postnatal courses and workshops are also offered to provide you with the education and practical skills to aid your postpartum recovery.

1-2-1 Personal Training - Face to Face

Following recent government COVID-19 guidelines, I will be carrying out 60 minute 1-2-1 Personal Training in the Wandsworth, Earlsfield (SW18) area. Social distancing will be maintained (2m apart) and you can use your own equipment or my own portable equipment (TRX, resistance bands, loop bands, pilates ball, dumbbells, kettlebells). Strong hygiene measures will be in place if my equipment is used including antibacterial spray before and after use. I will continue to provide online dedicated support including reviewing your progress, videos and providing corrective exercises to carry out in your own time where applicable. I will create bespoke workouts for you based on your preferences, goals and access to equipment. No equipment, no worry! 60 minute session plans will be carried out via Zoom video conferencing. I will be supporting you ‘virtually’ to check your progress as the weeks progress, including review of your own videos and providing corrective exercises for you to carry out in your own time where required. Remote Coaching - Personalised Programmes with Video Demos

I know first hand how hard it can be to find the time to exercise whilst balancing work, family life and now social distancing! I can create bespoke 60 minute session plans for you, delivered complete with video demos for you to do in your own time and at home. I will provide dedicated support and check up on you to make sure you are progressing. On occasion I will request and review your videos too - identifying areas of imbalance and providing further corrective exercises to rectify on top of your 1hr session plans. Pre & Post Natal Workshop - Online

If you are trying to conceive, pregnant or a new mum and you want to know more about why your body is changing and how to exercise safely and effectively, then this 1 hr online workshop is designed for you. I will take you through the physiological changes associated with pregnancy and childbirth, its implications for exercise and show you techniques you can use at home to aid recovery. We will review areas such as the ‘deep core’ and pelvic floor, the importance of diaphragmatic breathing and techniques, as well as postpartum rehab to improve issues such as diastasis recti and stress incontinence. I will also go through methods to help you relax - something we rarely get to do as mums!

The Postpartum Essentials Course: The Fourth Trimester

A modern take on traditional Antenatal Classes focusing solely on the mums! To prioritise you and your complete postpartum recovery. Our goal is to teach you how to restore your core, pelvic floor and rebuild a great base of strength so you can safely get back to the activities you love!
