Thea is a pre and postnatal specialist Personal Trainer with access to a boutique studio (Reach Fitness) in Earlsfield. She can also travel to your home (within a 5 mile drive from SW15) and will bring all the required gym equipment.
Hello! My name is Thea and I am a Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach based in Wandsworth and Earlsfield. I specialise in Pre/Post Natal training helping mums stay active during pregnancy and returning to exercise once they have had their babies. One of the best bits is the babies can be there during our sessions at home/gym too so there is no need to worry about childcare!
I am also a keen sportswomen having previously competed in rowing for 5 years and now CrossFit for the past 5 years. Which gives me a huge appreciation and passion in helping those pursuing their own fitness journeys!
If you are new to exercise, don’t worry, I also remember what it is like to be starting out and would absolutely love to help you find your feet with it, in a safe way.

“I have worked with Thea through my second and now third trimester. After leading an active lifestyle and enjoying keeping fit before been pregnant I was really keen to find a trainer who could understand this and help me to maintain a level of fitness. Thea creates challenging yet enjoyable workouts each week and at the end of each session the endorphins are flying around - even with tired legs and arms! As I progress through my pregnancy Thea is incredibly knowledgeable about what I can and can’t do and is continuously reminding me of posture, breathing and looking out for bad techniques.
